It’s cold in here, but I feel like I’ve overdone the heating for a while. At one point a week or two ago, I had it on for three days without a break.

My brother keeps his central heating on all night. I on the other hand can't sleep if the room is warm. I like the bed to be warm and the air to be cold.

Yes same. It’s incredibly rare for me to have the heating on through the night.

I have a lot of hygrometer experience, having on the one hand hypochondriacally suspected that our office air was too dry circa 2004, and on the other that my former house needed summat doing about the damp.
