I got a new monitor, one of those fancy pants curved ones.

The Colours didn't look quite right on MacOS, so I had to hack it to use RGB not err..

So far, it hasn't blown up.

But the cable's noticeably shorter than the old one. bawl

Why does Nightjar keep having to reset his computer?

Can't you just go to Force Quit and restart Finder to fix whatever the problem is?

I thought it was his iMac? Running whatever version of MacOS it takes?

But we still don't know if it's just freezing or running slow, or rebooting? Normally I'm a live and let live kinda guy, but it's now affecting me Us.

I think it's a model that's easy to increase or replace the memory, I'm sure he's rebooted in safe mode to clear the cachés, checked the memory with rember and run first aid in Disk Utility. All the obvious stuff.

I've just ordered a new wifi card for my laptop. This one'll be able to do 5 ghz instead of the 2.5 I'm currently capable of. Excited

I thought that 5 ghz is faster than 2.5 but has a shorter range. dunno
