Nicky Hopkins or Katy Hopkins?
Nicky Hopkins - The Tin Man Was a Dreamer (1973)
I know I'm going a bit overboard here, but I was scrolling though my iTunes and noticed this'n what I haven't listened to in ages and ages.
I seem to recall liking it in parts and that you could see (see?) how talented he was.
He always seemed like a very mild-mannered person but he also seemed to be forever rubbing his bandmates and musical collaborators up the wrong way.
He was notoriously badly treated by the rest of the Stones for example, but then I heard a story from either Nanker or Phelge that he would always insist that the band stay at hotels near a golf course and was an all-round bore and misery guts.
He also fell out with Ray Davies about something or other (but that too doesn't sound too surprising either)...

Something just occurred to me...
I can't think of a single black person who's ever been called Nick or Nicholas.

Following this, during March and April, he again worked with Harrison on the Ringo album, Ravi Shankar's Shankar Family & Friends,[8] and Cheech & Chong's "Basketball Jones featuring Tyrone Shoelaces"
