It is over.
I felt that was a mixed bag with some tracks being too slow or too jazzy for my liking. Anything that was clavinetty and was much better.
Now to look back over the thread and see what everyone else made of it.

Couldn't they have got a better singer? Maybe that's a guitarist thing? I'm THE STAR!

Well, unless the spooky mystery voter wants to contribute, that's 10 ★s ÷ 3.
Pretty good going for this wretched forum.

The singing is always the thing that spoils Jeff Beck's albums.
I've got "Jeff Beck Group" by Jeff Beck Group somewhere and it's rooeened by the singing.
If it was just instrumental it'd be pretty good.

Rod Stewart was good on the first couple. Even if Robert 'Percy' Plant did steal his entire act.

Totally boring now, but probably groundbreaking and exciting in 1968

I have an ingrained loathing of Rod Stewart.
It's because of my Mum I think.

Anyway and incidentally, in the 8:30pm album, keep your earballs peeled for something more than suspiciously Stu-ish.
