Elvis Costello - Imperial Bedroom, 1982.
Produced by Geoff Emerick, this was Elvis Costello's lushest album so far and, for my money, his best, seeing him at the peak of his lyrical powers, with the Attractions in majestic form from start to finish.

It was recorded in the same studios and at the same time as Tug of War and was produced by Geoff Emerick who engineered Tug of War. It does sort of feel like a dark companion to Tug of War, come to think of it.

It's started!
Track 1 - Beyond Belief.
Surely, his lyrical masterpiece.

Voice too loud in the mix.
Vocal line has Too many notes.
Vocal Dosn't sound like Elvis Costello.

Actually this sounds like it's been totally brickwalled in a remaster or something.

This is one of the greatest intro tracks for any album ever.

It sounds like it was recorded on a potato.
