I'm assuming it's Rick playing the piano on this bit.

He was very good at that kind of thing.

It's all gone a bit Jools Holland.

It is over.

That was a fabby album that worked completely, all the way from the start, through to the finish, with both Roger and Rick pulling their weights and managing to be totally on the same page despite their personal differences.

Now to look back at the thread and see what everyone else made of it. Excited

Well, I didn't really like that at all, but that's not because it was bad on any intrinsic or basic level.

Supertramp are just a band I don't like.

I dislike the vocal stylings ad the insistent organ and sax/clarinet.

The lyrics are also all middle-class and annoying.

Not my cup of tea at all.

That was alright. To be honest I was only half listening, I'll need to listen to it again.

Sorry.

I wonder if this song's about Roger? shifty

It doesn't matter what I say
You never listen anyway
Just don't know what you're looking for

Imagination's all I have
But even then you say it's bad
Just can't see why we disagree

You try to make me feel so small
Until there's nothing left at all
Why go on? Just hoping that we'll get along

There's no communication left between us
But is it me or you who's to blame?
There's nothing I can do, yes you're fading out of view
Don't know if I feel joy or pain

And now it's all been said
If you must leave then go ahead
Should feel sad
But I really believe that I'm glad
Yes I really believe that I'm glad
It could be. shifty

You're on a roll there.

(As in an automatic piano roll)

I have given it five stars, as it's almost perfect.

None of these were me.

All of my un-listened-to-do albums are carefully stored in the Waiting Room of Doom in climate-controlled conditions.
