Re: Maps of our own
Merci bouzouki. Can you add the bit immediately south of Aberdeen, and the part immediately north of Northumberland, but not the coastal part? And Warwickshire.

Most of mine are small islands in the Caribbean and the Indian ocean so don't show up very well.

I think that on that website you can include islands and microstates.
e.g. I noticed that I couldn't click on Mauritius, but once I found the 'special button'...

Fab. My very own personalized map of the British Isles, with appreciative thanks to the kind generosity of Wendi.

You can do microstates on that one yep. I've never been to San Marino.
I had hoped to rectify the absence of Brazil, but what with one thing and another (Covid-19, Bolsonaro) that won't be happening soon. I've actively avoided Brazil because it's such an exotic melting pot in my mind, filled with positive and uninhibited people, that I fear the reality of it being quite dangerous would shatter a dream I've always had.

Cuba is another place I'd like to go. I see you haven't visited Portugal. I recommend Portugal to everybody, for almost any purpose whatsoever. The warmest people in Europe by miles, and such a beautiful country.

If you want to go to Cuba I would go ASAP because I think it will change a lot in the next few years.

Yes, I've heard others say so. It's the cars and Castro that appeal the most, and he's dead.

What, with a friendly local robber? No thanks.
Are we going to hear about this dreadful holiday in the Scottish Highlands or not?

Re: Maps of our own
I did the UK map but you can't just copy and paste the link.
It was basically all visited and coloured red other than East and West Sussex, Berkshire, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Rutland, the southernmost and northernmost parts of Wales and scattered bits of Scotland; mostly the south west and north east of Scotland.
Oh, and no visits to Northern Ireland.

Here's one where you map all the cities and towns you've been to.
