Quite symphonic.

This does smack of Jim O'Rourke shambling about the studio doing 'things'.

Sounds like the Eno/Fripp track they used to use for Arena.

I really like the way the guitars shift subtly from sheer noise to gently melodic.
Then back again.
Before the whole track falls back into a wallow of Pink Floyd-esque ambience.

This track is exceptional.
Somewhat challenging at times, but ultimately rewarding in a 'tripped out' way.

Re: Loose Fur - Born Again In The USA (2006)
When I say she's a rapist that really isn't what I mean
It was all in my imagination
To be claimed so easily
She's not so well-rounded
She has horns you don't see
she does whatever she wants
And I swear she wanted me
loving force of will
By deceiving me with skill
Somehow religion enters in
And god cracks through her moist skin
Twittles from her batton
Her hair suggests roller skating
Whispers through her perfume
Just above her parents room
She's not so well-rounded
She has horns you don't see
she does whatever she wants
Oh I swear she wanted me
She knows what she wants
She wants what she knows
She wants this to mean nothing
And that sounds fair to me
She's not so well-rounded
She has horns you don't see she does whatever she wants
Oh I swear she wanted me

Re: Loose Fur - Born Again In The USA (2006)
It is over.
It was inoffensive enough but it never really felt like it had any real point to it. Nor did any of it ever feel particularly inspired.
Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it.
