High Voltage or Low Wattage?
Re: AC/DC - High Voltage (1976)

Odd comments in the, err. comments section.
Must be used in some film or game or something.

Re: AC/DC - High Voltage (1976)
I think I remember Durty Deeds having more variety, and being better for it.
Maybe I'm wrong.
This is a great song, But...
He said stop, but the music didn't.

Odd, low-key backing vocals from the Youngs.

Re: AC/DC - High Voltage (1976)
It is over.
That was a very disappointing album. It started out brilliantly but quickly degenerated into a string of idiotic songs relaying on the guitarist to carry them along. Also, the singer sounded like a moron.
Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it.

It's a great sound, but I'm not convinced anyone needs more than one AC/DC record.
A 7" single of It's a Long Way to the Shop and Jailbreak on the B side.

That was grate.
I'd bet my life on it being infinitely better than anything by a band like, say, The Kills?

Re: AC/DC - High Voltage (1976)
Oh, I was just thinking about this, The first track is a solid ★★★★★, and I think after a quick skim through Dirty Deems done I think this is their best album, at least of the non-Oz versions, , but it's just too one note, so ★★★★, and that dodgy one, have to take a point off for that.
I do think these through you know.
