Re: What's in the News?
No one did!
Didn't someone at another place keep droning on about how everyone should use Google Pictures or photos or something?
I don't even know if that'll still be going after Google+ dies.

Re: What's in the News?
So I asked for a backup of, and I quote:
"The Google data archive you started on February 1, 2019 is ready. It contains your Bookmarks, Calendar, Classic Sites, Classroom, Contacts, Data Shared For Research, Drive, Fit, G Suite Marketplace, Google Help Communities, Google My Business, Google Pay, Google Photos, Google Play Books, Google Play Console, Google Play Games Services, Google Play Movies & TV, Google Play Music, Google Play Store, Google Shopping, Groups, Handsfree, Hangouts, Hangouts on Air, Home App, Input Tools, Keep, Mail, Maps, Maps (your places), My Activity, My Maps, News, Posts on Google, Profile, Purchases & Reservations, Saved, Search Contributions, Street View, Tasks, Textcube, and YouTube data. It will be available for you to download until February 8, 2019."
2.15GB.
That's part 1 of 29.

They'll be fine.
If they don't show anything of what they're reacting to.
