Bonus tracks, in typical McCartney style, are better than the album tracks.
Anyway, err.. somewhere between ★★★ and ★★★★, it's good, but a bit safe, something for the people who want song like what the Beatles done.

It is over.
That was a very dull album. Nigel Godrich managed to surgically remove every ounce of spontaneity, bounce and vivacity from Macca and replace it with earnest tastefulness. It says it all that he rejected half the songs Macca wanted to do, causing Macca to put them on Memory Almost Full instead, which turned out a much better album.
Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it.
