It is over.
The thing that struck me was how much sparser and more controlled it was than Rock of that era usually was. On the one hand, that was good because it meant it avoided the excesses of the genre. On the other hand, it all felt a little too sparse and controlled to really ignite. Anyway, the 2nd half of it was better than the 1st.
Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it.
