And I'll be honest, I'm not that keen on Kate Bush either, I mean the odd song in the chart if fine, but a full album, no thank you.

Now they've let her play a waltz on an acoustic guitar.

I've heard her name plenty, but've never listened to a single note or word of her's.
Actually, I am glad I've tried some, as I also have seen the name around. Although I don't need if I needed to listen to a whole album, if I'm being honest.
Boring music for grown-ups. The stench of Elton John's legacy on pop music.

You should have seen what this review was like before I took most of the adverbs out.

It is over.
She clearly has talent but seems determined to be annoying whenever there's a chance for her to do something decent.
Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it.

I dunno what to give it, it might be a good album by the standards of *that sort of thing*, I don't know, as I don't listen to 'em.

It's over.
I feel that that was an album designed to appeal to people who already think the sun shines out of her arse.
Still, it was peppered with genuinely appealing and engaging moments.
That said however, she undid a lot of the goodwill with kooky inanity that undermined anything heartfelt.
Well, still, well...
Another ginger bites the dust.
This kind of music needs to be reviewed in the name of all things Ginger Tuesday.
