It's not, because there's no sound or noises of any kind.

Oh, yeah, better than Coldplay, not as good as Muse or Radiohead, probably.

It is over.
That was excellent. Its only flaw was that it felt like listening to one 45-minute-long song, given that they definitely have a sound and are determined to get maximum mileage out of it.
Still, after night after night of acts who think emotional commitment's beneath them, it was a huge relief to hear people actually going for it.
Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it.

You miss the entire point of 4'33'.
When 'played' live in any situation, location etc, the sonic space is occupied by various things, such as: audience members coughing, scratching their b*ms, the orchestra fidgeting about, the conductor vomiting into the tuba etc...
Ergo, every live performance is unique and any recording of said performance remains an aural document of that specific 4'33".

Same as the silence in that track. There is the swish of the CD player, the sound of the cars outside, the pumping of the blood in your ears, the hum of the amplifier,
You really a total Dilbert sometimes ain't ya? It's not only obvious, it's so freakin' obvious only a Bloomin' Art Student would get that 'they've worked it out"
