All the standing water sat on top of the lock ups opposite my qitjin has frozen solid.

On the plus side, I got to see a 14 storey building being constructed with a mobile crane.

I don't think I've ever seen anyone trying to build something that tall with a mobile crane before.

Having said that, the crane wasn't actually moving.
