How you eat your pizzas?

Pizzas! It would appear there's nothing more divisive than how one chooses to eat them.
Some choose to eat them with their fingers and some choose to eat them with a knife and fork. As far as I'm aware, no one chooses to eat them with chopsticks.
But how do you choose to eat the flattish, round bread-based treat?

I use a knife and fork if it's one I've heated up myself but use my fingers if I've bought it pre-heated.

I generally eat supermarket pizzas with a knife and fork, but a good restaurant one tends to get eaten by fingery-hands.

Fingers if the pizza is the only component of the meal.
Knife and fork if there are chips or potato wedges or whatever on the plate as well.

In Italy.
A couple of years ago, I was chairing a focus group of teenagers, and they insisted on a Domino Pizza delivery. It arrived complete with plastic pots of gunk, presumably to be poured across the top of it. I'd have thrown up if I'd stayed to watch them eat it, so I took the opportunity for a triple cigarette break.
