Hints of the Steptoe and Son theme tune.

You mean Pink Floyd's "Interstellar Overdrive"?

It is over.
That was very pleasant. Often very corny but, also, charming.
Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it.

I think this might be where I know it from. The Call of the Wendigo wrote:I've heard this somewhere before. Did Nick Cave do a cover of it?

Well, I thought that that that was a typically very charming album, perhaps a little let down by some of the covers - not ever in a bad way, but more that they were relatively a little pedestrian.
If Lee Hazlewood've'd've written all the songs then it would've'd've'd doubtless been a more solidly strong album.
That said, the loveable 'country b*m' schtick and charisma and chemistry between them both is very hard not to love and there are at least 4 superb songs on the album.
Also, there's "Some Velvet Morning" - a nailed-on, undisputed masterpiece.

The Corrs did a cover of it.

Let's hear how that version by the Corrs and Bono goes.

Probably.
I'm pretty sure he did a cover of "Some Velvet Morning".
Oh, no, it was these two...
I was close though.

There's another song that has the same chord sequence but I can't figure out what it is.
