Market cap is $1.44 trillion - the total UK stock market capitalisation is only $2.5 trillion.

So bitcoin, which yields nothing and is backed by nobody, is worth the same as 60% of all the shares in every listed British company, which yield quite a bit and do real stuff and own real things.
