My delivery was missing the jar of olives I ordered. But on the other hand, they brought the correct grade of organic UHT milk (skimmed) - last time they brought semi-skimmed instead, and they didn't even note it as a substitution.

They tend to subsitute stuff, there used to be a no-subsitues tick box, but that seemed to have been gone missing from the last time I ~~booked from Waitrose~~

I always tick 'no substitutes'. ('Always' here meaning both times). So that's fine with the olives, but doesn't explain why they brought me semi-skimmed instead of skimmed the other time.
