Tautology.
Like a tortoise?
We should do one of theirs one day.
My pal (who I went to see Angle Olsen with) sent me a Youtube video with a new song by them on just the other day.
It sounded like The Beach Boys done very badly and went on for way too long.
Oh, no, seems that it was Panda Bear.

I really liked the first one at the time, the second album was a side of meh, and Djed which was nothing bits of music quite well sequenced into each other, and was apparently brilliant. the two albums after that were dull jazzy rock noodle music. I don't know about the new ones.
Maybe I should try again.

Vocals need to be higher in the mix, maybe they are on the 12"?
Too far to go and check when it's all available on Youtube.
Ah, the punishment of luxury.

It is over.
It was very noisy but not very interesting.
Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it.

Just getting into the groove now. Nice.

The lead track worked better with the video.

In the end every atom and sub-atom in the universe will succumb to the cold, inevitable horror of entropy and be so distant from any other particle that effectively life, existence, culture, love and art and hope will be absolutely, pitifully irrelevant.
Just thought that might cheer you up.

Of course - and I can't disprove it (but it's probably right) - in the endless and absolute cold of loneliest space this song will still be playing as a kind of low-key 'background noise' muzak for all of eternity.
Probably.
