They've ruined the upstairs windows and then stripped off the pebbledash, probably imagining that it detracts from the value of the property and is unfashionable, whereas it was a specific feature of the original design.

If they'd done it in Hampstead and not Brent they'd probably be forced - AT GERT EXPENSE! - to replace it cos listed.
