Likes/karma given. I've seen the nappy advert. That was almost my breaking point. Pampers adverts used to be so pleasant and fluffy. There is a happy medium, where one should feel able to talk openly about these things if one wishes, but also to not have certain terms and images shoved down your throat when you're trying to eat your tea - or watch a Kate Bush video.
