Well, that was alright, unfortunately his presentation was not up to contemporary professional standards. His voice lacks the range of tonal colour necessary to make it consistently interesting.

It was a collection of pleasing songs that I felt lost momentum in its second half.

It was initially quite bracing and lively, but it - about 1/3 of the way through - began to falter and stumble into a shallow vat of slightly preachy molecules of entropic Brownian Motion.
