Olden Day Good Food
I was sure we had this thread already.
Perhaps it was on the old forum?
Anyway, this thread is dedicated to those demented cookbooks and recipe cards from the '50s thru the '80s.
The demented and gothic/baroque flavour-texture combos and especially, the lurid and badly printed photos (those M&S books were particularly gr8).
Anyway...
Haslet obviously never made it across the pond.

Those 'barbecue burgers' look a lot like hot dogs to me.
I find all those kinds of cheap tinned meat delicious, but I never eat them because of the digestive effects.
