How do you pronounce serendipity?

Ben Shepherd (I’m watching This Morning) pronounces it ‘terensippysidy’.
The subject of the interviewer just said ‘as you said, it was serendipitous’ - err, no, that’s not what he said.

I pronounce it, "Serren-dippitti."
