There's a full moon, low in the eastern sky, directly opposite the setting sun. It's very dramatic looking.

I have this adaptor so I can connect my iPhone to my telescope, however the clamps are positioned exactly where the side buttons are on the phone so every time I tighten them the phone either goes to video mode or rings the emergency services which I see as a bit of a problem.
Alterations will be made tomorrow with a hacksaw and a very large file.
I did manage this, hand held so not really sharp.

One in November will be, only just though.
Partial Solar eclipse will be visible in the UK on June 10th.

Full lunar eclipse to bring super blood Moon.

One of our planet's most stunning sights is coming to the skies - a super blood Moon.

In the year's only full lunar eclipse, Earth will come between the Sun and the Moon.

Falling fully into Earth's shadow, the Moon will slowly darken before turning dusky red.

It will be visible with the naked eye before dawn on Monday in most of Europe. The Americas will get a great view on Sunday evening.

The Moon will appear larger than usual because it will be at its closest point to Earth of its orbit, giving it the name super Moon.
