I assumed this was a flop, as I've never heard of it but, it seems it reached Number 18.

That was a competent episode, with no actual highlights apart from the Hollies.
Nearly all the acts had songs that sounded exactly like you'd expect them to sound.
Now to look back at the thread and see what everyone else makes of it.

That's actually a song first recorded by Kylie for her album a short time earlier.

They also had a hit in 1989 - and then in 1993 of course.

On Now 13, I Don't Want Your Love follows I Want Your Love by Transvision Vamp.
The track listing goes:
13. I Want Your Love
14. I Don't Want Your Love
15. Love Is All That Matters by the Human League
I think the compilers had a bit of a sense of humour.

They're actually culled from her previous videos.

Haven't you now said that on all three of their hits without her?

It was on an episode last week. Which means I think you've missed an episode!

Hazel Dean
Hmm.. I hated Stop, Aitkin and Waterstones back in the day, in retrospect I liked their early Divine and Dead or Alive stuff, but hawh, this peak SAW was freakin' ghastly.

Erasure with one of their better songs, wonderfully over literal video by Peter 'Sleazy' Christopherson.

Did I mention that Youth liked my comment that in the 80s if you wanted to be big in the music industry it wasn't the devil you sold your soul to, it was SAW.

He ain't heavy...
I think I've finally worked out this song is more of a figurative, brotherhood of man sort of thing rather than a literal phat bro.
