Fiona Phillips and Penny Smith. In their GMTV days I never knew which was which and I'm sure for a while I didn't realise they were two different people.

As a child I always got mixed up between Michael Parkinson and Michael Aspel. They were pretty much the same person to me - both called Michael, both had chat shows and both were of a certain vintage in their 50s.
At least one of them also presented a game show thing called Child's Play, but I can't remember which that was! I think it was Parkinson who hosted Give Us A Clue.
