Songs about DJs
DJs. Without them, we'd have to listen to songs all the way through, instead of having the joy of hearing the last part of them be talked all over. Steve Wright knows, for instance, that no one wants to hear the guitar duet at the end of Hotel California. We want to hear him. And no one wants to hear the guitar solo at the end of Sultans of Swing. We want to hear him. And no one wants to hear the saxophone at the end of Will You? We want to hear him.
So, it's no surprise that, sometimes, singers get so grateful that they sing songs about DJs.
And here's where we can post examples of such songs.

Panic and Starman to start off with.
And then Hey, Mr DJ, I Thought You Said We Had A Deal for the cognoscenti.
