I was unaware of him/them until about 20 years ago when I bought an 80s VHS compilation from a charity shop and it had a Digital Underground video on it which I quite liked. I do find the whole prosthetic nose character thing a bit creepy though!

I always thought of them as a borderline spoof/comedy band. But then I only know that one song which is all rather bawdy and tongue in bum cheek.
