I'm launching this thread because the album's such a contrast to the other one we did. You Gotta Sin to Get Saved was Maria's second solo album and saw her scaling to the very pinnacle of the album chart, peaking at Number 26 in Britain in 1993.

It is a Country Blues album, featuring former members of her old band Lone Justice and was made primarily to keep the record company happy.

I would say it's the album on which she hit her vocal peak.

I shall set a deadline of 7 o'clock. If no one's expressed a preference for the Clangers by then, we'll do this one at 8 o'clock, as I suspect it'll be the less-demanding of the two albums. Then, tomorrow, once everyone's braced for it, we can do the Clangers one.
