Sweet little country inflected number.

Quite Macca-esque.

That said, Paul Simon has been credited with being the first white mainstream artist to do a Reggae tune.
There's a Reggae one on the first Wings Album.

This one's going on a bit too long now.

This doesn't do very much for me.
Not that it's bad.

It is over.
Although it was far too gentle and mid-tempo for me, it clearly did well the things it was doing. Therefore, I shall give it 4 stars.
I still feel that some of the tracks would have benefited from Art Garfunkel's presence, though.
And, also, a horn section.
Now to look back at the thread and see what everyone else made of it.![Excited](/users/3715/63/33/29/smiles/4075307247.gif)

Re: Paul Simon - There Goes Rhymin' Simon (1973)
An eye-openingly good album.
Very consistent.
When it's not being languidly groovy it actually reaches some rarified places.
Its lows are - not unlike the ELO album of yesterday - merely relatively pedestrian.
