My great grandmother pushed a market trader to the ground and overturned his stall for refusing a refund on cacti - she’d bought one each for everyone only to discover the flowers were not actually part of the cactus, they were stuck in with pins and dying for lack of water.

These were the days before political correctness when a little old lady wasn’t arrested for that - the police intervened only to insist she be given the refund she’d asked for. For all the great grandchildren, we got the refunded 50p price as a coin instead of the cactus.
