Chirpy finale.

It is over.
It sort of came and went without making any attempt to capture the listener's attention.
Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it.

Well, I think it's a great album.
Weird, grimy, grotty, ugly, jarring, oppressive and yet bejewelled with a sweeping, epic masterpiece.
Unusual and oblique and obtuse by most standards.
Quite visionary.
Also, Street Hassle is so good, so deeply affecting and bitterly bittersweet it deserves reverence beyond it's notoriety.
It's an album I grew up with from my mid-teens and helped stretch my idea of what music could be.
Top marks from me.

GuestborgleZ - it's an album I'm certain you'd find rewarding on repeat listens.
