As a matter of fact, it's all overrated

Pink Floyd have this skill of making something like this sound fast and aggressive as it follows an album of laid back softness, see also the end of Dogs.

Mind you I'm sure it's shorter than I remember.

It's like, only their 6th best album.
If that.

It is over.
The songs were perfectly good but they were mostly too stretched-out and there was too much padding between them. I stand by my earlier claims that it's an EP pretending to be an LP.
Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it.

I have to give it a 5...I've been listening to it for over 40years, must be doing something right.

That album does very little for me to be honest. :hipster:
There was a vinyl rip of this album on YouTube that sounded better, if you can ignore the crackles. Half of it seems to have gone missing

I've given it a very generous ⬤⬤⬤⬤○ on account of the good songs being some of the best songs ever done.
At least half of the album is simply "meh".
