This is a major problem.

Redevelopment.

So much of Sands End and Battersea has been redeveloped into bland oblivion (obvblandion?) that we'd be hard pressed to find the exact spot the picture was taken from.

Having done a Google search, I believe it may be Imperial Road, London.

If it is, the gas holders are gone and this may be all that's left of the wall:
