Seems a good idea for a thread. Bonus points if you can post a song that
a) has never been heard by HotW before
b) is foreign languaged
c) is actually good (somewhat good will suffice)
d) the locals like it
e) Finland definitely not allowed itt*

* Finnish music is so good they deserve their own thread

Because of the Soccerballcup which was so very nearly won by Belgium. Here's a massive Russian pop song. Every Russian knows this song. It means 'Kitty!'

I don't know if any other NHotWers have watched that but im enjoying that Krzysztof song. Have viewed it a few times.
There's something intriguing about that girl too. I can't tell is she's gorgeous, not at all gorgeous or somewhere in between.

Have read the video shoot was really difficult. Draining and painful for them both. Having to sit still for hours on end while an Oriental man build shelves on them.

Anyway off to somewhere else next, I wonder where.

I had no idea where to post this. Could be in the kids singing thread. Or possibly the cover version thread (well that would be a stretch but Joe's Diner is appreciated). The continental thread gets it.
But only because we don't have a 'Songs that sound like 27 different songs all being played loudly over each other and all at once' thread.

Oh I haven't heard that in ages. To me it's the quintessential Continental song. I've driven across Europe from Bruxelles to Liège listening to that. And it made me feel whole.
