In my early days on a certain skyscraper forum circa 2005/06, there was a member in the Birmingham subforum called Grendel, who had a picture similar to this as their avatar:




Well, I'm sure others will know but just today I've finally found out that the picture is from the front cover of a Marillion B-sides album called B'Sides Themselves - and the first track is called.... Grendel!

That's clever. Each of the parts that make up the character on the front are from fragments of the backs of the different Marillion singles - ie. the reverse sides; the B-sides.

Yes, same, I knew this too, from then.

I watched the last episode, the first time in about twenty years I’d tuned in. Imagine my surprise to see Karl as he is now. There was Jackie doing her soliloquy. I thought they should’ve used technology to have Helen Daniels do it. Helen was Neighbours gran, Susan is a blow in.
