I like the return of the Hi-NRG beat in the fade out.

It was a bit boring.

Well, it was truly 5 stars up until the last couple of songs which let it down a bit, especially the last one. Still, overall great production, "unique" vocals and quirky lyrics. Back when being g*y was exciting.

The material was clearly a lot better before SAW got their grubby mitts on Divine.

The cool electro-rap and Euro-disco sounds were obviously earlier recordings.

Without the views of Jerseyboi, this thread is worthless.

Oh, I'd forgotten about jerseyboi. Those were the days.

I'm just referencing a lot of older gay people who have spoken about actually enjoying the secrecy of it all - and the unique culture that brought with it.

It's like those who prefer the days when London and New York were dirty and dangerous rather than clean and gentrified. Interesting culture can come from bad scenarios. Most of the best songs come from torment, angst and repression.
