The Bohren & der Club of Gore would've'd been nearly over now.

Guys, this is the same melody as The Crying Game, not saying you ripped it off, consciously, but…

The Bohren & der Club of Gore would've'd been over three minutes ago.

Re: Rainbow Ffolly – Sallies Fforth (1968)
It is over.
It sounded like it was made in 1968.
Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it.

Re: Rainbow Ffolly – Sallies Fforth (1968)
Anyway it sounded much better in 20 seconds burst of a couple of the songs.
I suppose you could say the use of sound effects was ahead of the time, but the songs were unremarkable and derivative.
You know I how I said the Sighing Game sounded like The Crying Game, well I can't remember that second one's melody.
I can remember the Crying Game's melody. Even if I've not heard it in years.

Re: Rainbow Ffolly – Sallies Fforth (1968)
That was charming English psychedelic whimsy, but minus the charm, psychedelia and whimsicalness.
It was instead: English 'Ing'.
An English Ing-thing thing that got caught between the floorboards of mid-to-late '60s culture and got prised out by people obsessed with floorboards many years later.
