Ultimately, I s'pose it's another one of those weird off-cut/odds 'n ends cuts that probably shouldn't've'f been released as stand-alone record in the first place.
Stuff like this is supposed to be released on grotesquely expensive box-sets aimed at elderly Boomer completist f*rts with money left over from the new conservatory and Viking Holiday's cruise up the Danube.

It was released as a standard 12" single in Australia and a CD EP in Japan.
