It is over.
It was very proficient and enthusiastic but it was one big stream of pastiche that left you wanting to hear the originals instead.

That was among the most worthless records I have ever listened to.
If they were playing live at a pub or youth club I would've probably found them to be relatively cool in an ersatz and spirited way - but having to endure an entire album of their hapless, hackneyed, rip-off 101 schtick-ola was pretty durn near insufferable.
Add to that the almost immediate appearance of a 'charming' mugging-to-camera Robbie Williams (for what reason exactly?) and they were essentially presenting me with a starter of bloater paste soufflé with a slug foam at the start of an 11 course 'molecular gastronomy' dinner from hell.
Happy Tuesday the 9th, 2023 everyone.
