The forum in which all human experience resides. Especially for fans of the now-deceased original Hall of the Wendigo. Still Number One with the core demographic.
Seems like a nice guy and all, and that Krautrock book was interesting, but not as definitive as many make it out to be, but his music he makes is a bit meh to be honest.

I only know four songs by him.
They are all very nice songs.

mprovising with a broken mic-stand in an all out show of angst Julian Cope would mutilate his stomach with the sharp edges of his stand during performances of ‘Reynard The Fox’ to eventually going on to build one which was so indestructible that he could climb and swing from it at will, and did. Cope eventually put it up as a prize in 1993 raising over £2,500 for anti-fur campaigners Lynx by raffling it off.
He didn't really 'mutilate' his stomach now did he?

He did a definitive 'Japrock' book as well.

I'd much rather listen to his record collection than his records.
