Re: Argent - All Together Now (1972).
It is over.
Apart from the first track, it was total overcooked bobbins.
Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it.

Raining blood.
Darkness.
Flies.
Fleas.
Death of a newborn.
Boils.
Frogs.
Right?
Superciliousness.

Re: Argent - All Together Now (1972).
Argent are one of those bands that absolutely no one I've ever known, like.
From back in the late-'70s listening to adult's records, right through the '80s from Adam and the Ants-The Residents-T/G-Pink Floyd and then hip-hop.
All through the early-to-mid '90s, when I genuinely can't remember ever listening to anything other than rap and funk/soul.
All the way through to the last decade-or-so when I've actually started to...
etc.

Re: Argent - All Together Now (1972).
I think in the early 90s I was mostly listening to Post Punk, and err.. Pink Floyd.
Post punk was only 10/15 years old at the time, but it felt like ancient archeology
Still you could buy the first Joy Division album with a textured sleeve for about £3 in those days.
