Mary Wilson wasn't exactly a household name, certainly compared with Diana Ross, but she ended up sort of being the official spokesperson for the Supremes and whenever they were featured on a TV documentary she'd be on talking about them.

I understand her death has come as a surprise as she's been in touch with various people this very week and seemed fine, and she was planning some sort of new material.
