Yes, and it's much too big.

Also, despite the love he often gets here, I genuinely dislike him - beyond being a kind of willingly uncool NHotW contrarian's icon (which works to a point) - and find him furthermore to be repulsive to look at.

If you were to make the 'smiley' no more than 4X4 pixels then I might allow or 'low' it.
