That's not his real name you know.

It would be something absolutely gh*stly, yet aesthetically challenging.

Yeah.
I'd rather not either.
That said, I do love NY and have heard every one of his (good) albums countless times.
Tonight's the Night the most forlornly epic and complete work though.
Zuma could be good.
Or even Come's a Time.

That's it.
Re-Actor!
I've made the decision.

Yes let’s do trans
Not as bad as it’s reputation.
Re:act:tor is alright but a bit one note

C'mon man, we can't do Trans.
I'll concede we can't do Re-Actor, but Trans, really?
It's novel for sure, but that novelty wears off pretty d*rn quickly.
I'd plump for his first album instead.
Y'know, the one with the ghastly, lurid painted portrait on the cover...
I haven't listened to it in a while and recall that it's a bit of curate's egg.
Naive and quaint even.

Oh, and I think Re-Actor is badly underrated.

There's only vocoder on a couple of the tracks, it's actually more of standard, ie not as good as the 70s stuff but not horrid, early 80s Neil Young album.
I remember thinking the first Neil Young Album sounded like a different artist. It was alright, if a bit forgettable. I think. I forget.

I also like Re*Ac*tor, strangely overlooked in the God father O'grunge tiresome nonsense.

I'm not doing that one.
Even if it is only 25 minutes long.

Mind you, the response to 'A Man Need a Maid' from FG3 + Wendkins could be entertaining.

I've realised that I've been mixing up Neil Young and Neil Diamond.

I had a friend (God rest his soul) at art school who used to commonly refer to Neil Young as "Paul Young".
When I pointed out his mistake to him he said "oh, I always did wonder why people looked quizzical and/or unimpressed whenever I said I liked his stuff".

Perhaps we should get a further opinion on the album.

I felt it was too loud as well.
