I went to bed at 7.30pm yesterday. I woke up again at 9.30 and couldn't get back to sleep till midnight, and then I woke up at my normal time of 5.30am.

So I might as well not have bothered.

Although I did manage to sort out the laundry for airing/ironing during the interregnum.
