It's a council flat and it's a studio flat.

Rent isn't the problem though.

I gave away my friend at her wedding at St Marys which started from her friend's house very close to Blackhorse Rd. If it had been 15 years later I might have bumped into you on your way to cat-sit.

Not only that, but in later years I made a new friend, and it turned out that her dad, who was a vicar, had been the immediate predecessor at St Mary's of the vicar who conducted my original friend's wedding.

When I was born my parents were living in Essex Road in Leytonstone, and that was where I lived for my first 6 weeks on the Earth - just 1 mile from the aforementioned St Mary's.
