Re: Has VAR destroyed Football?
Yes it has. It's already disallowed 85 million Sheffield United goals, this season. The last I heard, we'd had more goals disallowed by it than any other team in the Premier League.

L7 is slang for, "Square," and the ref's make a square shape when they're signalling that they're going to VAR. Therefore, VAR is officially square.

I haven't seen that before, it's a good signal, I like it.
Football hasn't been the same since 3 points for a win, and not allowing the goalie to pick up a back pass.
Re: Has VAR destroyed Football?
I was a strong supporter of the VAR system a few years ago because blind referees drove me crazy. But now, I admit my mistake and I am sure that it was much better before. I'm fed up with those minutes of pause when the referee just stares at the screen while the team members are celebrating a goal scored, and then the goal is canceled because the attacker's big toe was offside a minute ago ... Enough!
